Meet Maddy Cockerill
A native of Loudoun County with deep community roots and unmatched local expertise
Maddy Cockerill has practiced real estate for over ten years in her native Loudoun County, where she and her husband now raise three young daughters on their family’s century cattle farm. Licensed at just 18, Maddy followed a gut instinct to her career calling. She began on a high-pressure lead team, diving headfirst into everything from condos to land sales to luxury listings.
Those early years gave Maddy invaluable, hard-won experience that formed her sharp instinct for maximizing value for buyers and sellers. Today, she runs a referral-based business rooted in trust and community relationships.
Maddy and her husband operate Fort Bacon Farm with their family, where they practice regenerative agriculture to produce high quality beef from healthy soil. Owning a historic home has given her a bounty of experience (more than she wanted …) in construction and renovation.
Maddy recently joined Corcoran McEnearney, where her specialties found a home on a team with the resources and support that align with her future.
